DEATH:
Joseph Nowak must have died prior to 1930 because Mary and her children appear in the census for that year living at 1302 Redman Ave. with her brother, who is listed as John WAMOROWSKI, age 50 and a widower. The name is misspelled and should be WOJNAROWSKI.
Per Elizabeth Joy, he is frequently referred to as "John Novak" on official documents such as birth and death certificates of his children (though none has yet been found for him).
~There might be some connection between the Ras, Nowak, or Wojnarowski families as Anna Wojnarowski had a wedding photo of Mary Ras's brother (Albert) and his wife in her possession. That marriage took place in 1915. | Joseph NOWAK, (Novak)

Friends may call at The Roth Funeral Home, 4347 Pearl Rd., From 3 To 5 And 7 To 9 P.M. Friday.
CENSUS: Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio
The 1920 census lists her as Antonia, living at 2108 Fern Court, Cleveland, Ohio. She is the head of the household, owns the home, age 50, arrived 1878. Six children are listed but oddly, all have their father as having been born in Michigan.
NOTE a possible connection to the Wojton family from Obit below IF this is the same Julia Niles referred to. Possible ways to verify this is if Mary Wojton's age is appropriate to be Julia's mother. It seems unlikely since Julia was born about 1875, so Mary would have to be around 100 yrs old when she dies in 1960.
