1910 - Ignatz and Josefa Sindelar sell property on Hosmer Ave in Newburgh.

1910 (March) - Ignatz and Josefa Sindelar buy property in Independence.

1924 - Ignatz dies 13 Sep 1924. His property, in Independence was transferred to his widow, Josefa. Date of death was specified on the Deed Transfer.

1925 - Julia was going by the name of Josefa. I found a deed from Josefa Sindelar to Anna and Steve Dlouhy -- property in Independence dated 1925. Josefa is listed as a widow, so now we know she died a little later than you suspected. The same year, she also transfers property in Independence to Jaro P. and Christine V. Sindelar.

1926 - Then she dies on 29 Mar 1926 and the remains of her property go to Bertha Fechtner. Date of death specified on the Deed Transfer.

1934 - Jaro Sindelar and wife Christine sell their property in Independence to Paul Nowak.
