1925 - Julia was going by the name of Josefa. I found a deed from Josefa Sindelar to Anna and Steve Dlouhy -- property in Independence dated 1925. Josefa is listed as a widow, so now we know she died a little later than you suspected. The same year, she also transfers property in Independence to Jaro P. and Christine V. Sindelar.
1926 - Then she dies on 29 Mar 1926 and the remains of her property go to Bertha Fechtner. Date of death specified on the Deed Transfer.
