Appears in the 1870 Census as R. Heber Worth a bookkeeper born in Maine, along with his wife Pauline and daughter Eva age 11/12. In 1900, they appear in the census for Hyde Park, Cook County, Illinois along with daughter, Eva, and son, Frank. In 1910, they are in Red Bank, Monmouth County, New Jersey at 32 Oakland Street with son, Frank, who is a newspaper reporter. The online census records found at Heritage Quest have him indexed as REGMALD Worth. That is why initial attempts to locate him in the census by searching for Reginald, or R, or R Heber, did not prove fruitful.

It's possible that this is Jan Wozniak, born 25 Mar 1884, and died 11 Oct 1923. His residence at the time of his death was 3985 E.55th St., Cleveland, Ohio. Death due to pneumonia. Informant on his death certificate was his wife Maryanna. I could not find this family in the 1920 census to verify the connection.
A deed of 1957, for 3985 E.55th, transfers that property from Sophie Wozniak (never married) to Maryanna Gorski, Roman Gorski, Helen Slusarz, Stanley Wozniak, Theresa Drauss, and Chester Gorski. Property was sublot #11 in Ezra Atwater subdivision. This property transfer establishes that Jan Wozniak had to have been Mary's husband prior to her marriage to Roman Gorski. (In 1942, Helen Wozniak transfers this property to Sophie. Helen purchased this property in 1937 from Union Properties.) | Jan WOZNIAK

The 1910 census has an entry for a Martin Wozniak born in Ohio but living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was married to a Mary and had two daughters, Catherine (born about 1905) and Victoria (born about 1908). Is this the same family? Living with them was his mother-in-law, Catherine Kafka (spelling?) and sister-in-law, Lena Kafka. A little further down the page is Bartl Kafka (age 41) and his family. Possibly a son of Catherine's.
