  ~death certificate, filled out by her son, Frank. He had provided the names of Anna's parents. JUCHWINSKI for the father was my misinterpretation of the handwriting. CENDROWSKI, however, is pretty much as it is on the certificate but it wasn't always a given that a child would know the spelling of his grandparent's names or even what they were to begin with. He likely thought that was what he remembered hearing.
