      John, died of typhoid fever in a Union camp during the Civil was.The
      y said he was 23 or 24 years old. (That doesn't make sense because wi
      thhis birthdate, he would have died before the Civil War.) John marr
      ied an AnneMcRay (Sp both?) and had three children. After John had d
      ied she married a Mr. Gobel. They went in a covered wagon to Kansas a
      nd lived for a year and then when returning broke and axle in the mu
      d in Louisianna, Missouri and stayed
