B Two killed in three-car crash in Solon Plain Dealer, The (Cleveland, OH) November 29, 2004 Solon – Two people died Sunday morning in a three-car accident on U.S. 422, east of Harper Road. The Cuyahoga County coroner’s office reported one of the victims as Joseph Martin, 60, of Lakewood. The name of the second victim was withheld, pending notification of the family. Police said a car heading east on U.S. 422 struck a guardrail on the south side of the road and veered into the median. The car hit a van heading west and then careened into another car head-on. Police would not say which car Martin was in. Two people were flown to MetroHealth Medical Center, and one was taken to St. Vincent Medical Campus in Solon, officers said.
