  Henry's naturalization papers don't list Rudolph as one of the children living with him, however the obituary for Nora Ann states the Rudolph was her brother. His mother's obituary also mentions him. He is also not listed in either the 1920 or 1930 censuses as living with the rest of the family. Rudolph is also not mentioned in a 1945 property transfer when Henry dies and his 4 properties are distributed to Anna, Adolph, Natalie, Nora, Mildred, and Louis. Rudolph may have lived elsewhere or was deceased by that time. If he's the one shown below in the birth info derived from the SSDI records, then he was probably the only one married at the time and possibly had his own property, thus might not have inherited from his parents. BIRTH: SSDI records show a Rudolph Kapusta (278-09-2901) born 14 Feb 1904 and died Nov 1980 Struthers, Ohio 44471. If this is the same person, then 1904 seems like a reasonable birthdate, but it is earlier than the parent's marriage date. Luci Kluth did not have any data on Rudolph. MARRIAGE: Never married.
