| Notes |
Eleazer IV's wife was Rachel Cafferty. A Rachel M. Brown died May 18,1911.Listed in the Broome County Surrogate Court records. Film No. 809370.

1855 Census (Film 809,005, found after Binghamton, enumerated June 1)
says he was a railroad worker. 1850 census says he was a farmer, and
1860 says he was a laborer.
Also, the 1855 census said he had lived in town (Chenango?) for 22years.

Brown, Vol.2, says born 14 Feb. 1820. Doesn't jibe with census whichmakes
birth date about 1824, but that conflicts with reported 1824 birth date
 listed for sister Martha Frances.
