Diebold Mallo was a Frenchman from the Alsace[1] area of France, born approximately 1821. He was married first to Anna Ranch of Wurtenburg, Germany and then to Elizabeth Wagner.
By 1881, he was operating a glue factory where Willowdale Avenue now exists.
Diebold died in Colebrook, Ohio in 1907.
His son, David, lived at 10 Willowdale Avenue in 1900. In new style addressing, this woud be 2321 Willowdale.
