- 3748 West 13th St., Cleveland, Ohio
- Jacob purchased sublot EF33 in 1913 from Carrie Loomis, executor of Charles Loomis' estate. Loomis appears to have been either a developer or land speculator, as he owned many lots in the neighborhood. It is unknown at this time whether the grocery store already existed on the site in 1913 or whether Jacob had it built.
DESCRIPTION:
- Grocery and meat market offering some canned goods, bread, deli meats, dairy products, and freshly butchered meats. Jacob had a smokehouse behind the store where he would smoke various meats and keilbasa.
