    42-3,66 Captain Adam Poe states that John Montgomery, son of James Montgomery, married Adam Poe's eldest granddaughter.
    James bought 180 acres in Sections 25 & 26, St. Clair T., Columbiana Co., Ohio.
    10I c1806 James Montgomery came to Ohio from Pennsylvania ca1806. He bought 180 acres in Sections 25 & 26 of St. Clair T., Columbiana Co., OH. He lived and died there. His son, Joseph, inherited the farm. Still later, John Montgomery Sr. bought the farm. John Montgomery, Jr., owned the farm in 1905. He had been born on it and lived on it all his life.
