SOURCE_OF_NAME: A deed of 1819 between Asa Brainard and Asa Ackley. Asa Ackley serves as the guardian of Lyman Youngs, son of Asa's wife by her marriage to Seth Youngs. The property (in LOT 67 of Brooklyn) would revert to Lyman upon his mother's death. Unfortunately, his mother outlived him by about a dozen years.
