ELMER CHARLES FECHTNER, age 84, passed away Jan. 27, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (nee Poplyk); loving father of Iris Fechtner, Karen Chrosniak, Terry Fechtner (Darren Roe Sr.); dearest grandfather of Darren Roe Jr. (Celina); devoted companion of many years to Julia Carter; and his most beloved pet, "Sadie". World War II U.S. Army Veteran.
