  1. Mary Helen VARGO b. 8 Nov 1917, Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio; d. 29 Jan 1948, LaMesa, California.

    Notes:
    Married a third cousin.

    Fell out of a tree at age 12 yrs (c.1929). Contracted osteomylitis. Was the first person in Cleveland to use sulfa drugs at Cleveland Clinic. First week of Jan 1948 was rear ended in a motor vehicle accident, 3 mo. pregnant. Kidneys failed, toxemia occurred, and went into a coma for two weeks before dying.
