  1. Lawrence CIELEC, [child] b. 1 Aug 1942, Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio; d. 17 Jun 1948, Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio.

    Notes:
~I told my sister Diane she needs to email you....she keeps emailing stories that she remembers from the area and they are just so interesting...she told me yesterday that she was on the website and looking at the one picture where it shows "Kilroys House" was directly across from the church, it was a nice big house and she remembers the Cielec boy got killed right in front of that house. he got hit by a car when he went out in the street-he was only 4 years old-they lived on Redman and had him layed out at home-they lived about 4 houses away. She said she remembers it like it was yesterday-it was summer time and hot and they had a white mosquito netting draped over the coffin. We talked about how things were done years ago and how if our child were killed like that we could never have him layed out in our house-how emotional that must have been for the family. -- Cheryl Bartkiewicz
