  1. Mary E. WILLIAMS b. 1841; d. 5 Nov 1928.

    Notes:
    This was an ill-fated family. The father, Japhiah the sons Warren andRobert, and the daughter Laura Edith, all met untimely deaths. Thedaughter Emma was badly crippled with Arthritis. Surely a poor return fora family which contained two ministers, and two elders of the church. Thetwo elders were Japhiah and Warren. Nine of the family are buried in thecemetery of the West Sunbury Church. (Eleven as of 1982). As per Series4.
    The daughter of Robert and Susanna Williams of Plain Grove, PA.
    Her sister was Miss Sarah Williams, the wife of Zenas McMichael.

    Have photo of her Gravestone it is directly to the right of her husbandJaphia. Cemetery of the West Sunbury, PA Church McMichael.

    Notes:
    He met an untimely death by accident. Mrs. Michael, previous to hermarriage, had been a teacher in the Butler City school system, and laterbecame Supervising Principle of the entire Butler City school system, andcontinued in that position until 1936, when she retired. In later years,she made her home with her son, who resided on Old Plank Road, Butler,PA. This as per Series 4.
