An Isaac Pendleton, soldier of the Revolution,is said to have been of Waterbury, Conn., in the History of that city.Daniel "enlisted from that place, and the name of "Isaac" has been"handed down" among the descendants of Edmund who have been noteworthy inthat practice. None of the descendants, however, can recallect havingheard of an Isaac Pendleton belonging to this generation, nor hasanything been found of record showing that an Isaac Pendleton should beincluded among the sons of Edmund-4.
