She was a charter member of the Bucklin W.R. C. of E. Providence, holding the offices of treasurer, vice-priesidencand president; president of the Department of Rhode Island Women's ReliefCorps; has held the position of a member of the National Executive Board,also National Chaplain, and is a member of Charity Lodge No. 3, Daughtersof Rebecca, Providence; holds the position of Patriotic Instructor in thepublic schools.
