~There is a 1964 deed for Joseph P. Novak and Helen M. Novak for property at 3419 Mapledale, sold to Donald J. Novak and Ronald Novak. Is this the same couple as MRIN 478? This doesn't seem to be the right people unless Joseph remarried if his wife, Sophie, died prior to 1964 or a bit earlier.
