    Notes:
    Xavery's mother's name might be Caroline. A deed of 1895 has Xavery as administrator for the deceased Caroline who died 4 May 1895 in Newburgh. Property was on Brecksville Rd (E.71st) and on Kazimier St. Property was transferred to Agnes Patyk, his wife.

    DEATH:
    Property transfer of 1909 mentions reading of the Xavery's will in 1908. Property goes to his wife, Agnes.
