According to the "Penn Yan Democrat" newspaper dated June 28, 1935:
"Married, Friday, June 21, 1935, at 7 p.m., at the parsonage of the M.E.
Church, Frankl in Schwab of 205 Lake Street, Penn Yan and Virginia Putnam
of 128 Brown Stree t, Penn Yan, by Rev. W . W. Lane. The attendants were
Miss Jennie Cole of It haca and Raymond Putnam of Penn Yan. Mr. and Mrs.
Schwab will reside in Penn Yan."
