Generation: 1
  1. Frances OPALKA b. 8 Dec 1889, ,, Poland; d. 13 Oct 1952, Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio.

    Notes:
    RESIDENCES:
    1945 - 2297 W. Sixth St., Cleveland, Ohio
    1952 - 491 Miller Ct., Cleveland, Ohio

    DEATH:
On Frances' death certificate, her parents are listed as Frank GAZDA and Agatha WRONA. Since we know she was an OPALKA, it's very likely that her son (the informant for the death certificate) either provided his father's parents in error, or he was just guessing. His grandfather's name was Benedict (per Joseph Gazda's death certificate), so where he got the name Frank is unclear.
