He married Mary Hobbs, daughter of Elizabeth Hobbs, on 15 Mar 1668 and settled at Salem. He was in the French and Indian war in 1675 and was living in 1714. The Mary Pease who was implicated in the Salem witchcraft in 1692 was undoubtedly his wife.
