Member of SS. Peter and Paul Rosary Society. Funeralservices Monday, August 7 at9 a.m. from Patka-Sourek Funeral Home, 3756 S. Paulina St. to SS. Peter and Paul Church for9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 9 p.m. 773-523-0829.
