Eccleston,easterly by lands of the late Dudley R. Wheeler and George F. Wilkinson,southerly by lands of the late Peter Gadbois to lands of the late GeorgeW. Stewart, thence northerly and westerly by lands of the late George W.Stewart, to lands of the late William West, thence northerly by the saidWilliam West to the point of beginning, the same comprising the JabishHolmes Farm, so-called, "and that potion of the Ashwillet Farm" bought ofWilliam Main, containing 215 acres.

    Estate of LUCY ECCLESTON from Campbell, Roby & Co., dated Aug. 13,1892, Book 14, page 418, 40 acres -- Commencing at a pile of stones inthe northeast corner adjoining lands of the late William West, thencesoutherly by bush fence and stone wall to stone bound at corner of landof Orrin Chapman, thence westerly by lands of Orrin Chapman about 20rods, more or less; thence to a stone bound, thence southerly to the endof a wall 20 rods more or less, thence by a wall and lands of OrrinChapman to and abutting against lands of Orrin Chapman, thence easterlyby wall and fence to a large boulder at the NW corner of the StewartHomestead, thence by wall and fence to a stond bound at the corner oflands of Avery N. Eccleston, thence northerly by meets and boundsfollowing the old driftway to the first mentioned bound, the same beingand comprising the whole of a tract of land bought of the heirs of thelate George W. Stewart.
