Creamed Cucumbers
2 cucumbers
1 onion
1 t. chopped fresh dill
2 T. vinegar
2 T. sour cream
1/2 t. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Slice cucumbers and onion paper thin to get the right texture. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the other ingredients.
Add mixture to the cucumber and onion slices, stir lightly.
Cover tightly and let marinate in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
