Stanley opened the hardware store about 1920. In the mid to late 1950's it became the site of a Baptist Church.
Stanley and Mary moved to Medina, Ohio where Stanley died in 1982. Mary died in Hinckley, Ohio.
Stanley's parents, Michael and Frances, lived on the southside (Professor Ave.) His brother, Carl, lived at 1619 Denison Ave. After Carl died, his sisters, Stefania and Sophie lived in the house.
