The company initially consisted of:
- Charles Gates (son of Jeremiah Gates and Phoebe Deming)
- Edwin H. Foster (son of the original land owner, Ebenezer Foster and Almira Williams)
Later, _______ Curtis became involved in the property when it became the Petty Baldwin tract.
