Now known as Archwood Avenue.
The following notice appeared in the January 1904 copy of Ohio Architect and Builder:
- CLEVELAND, April 20. -- Architect C.E. Tousley, Bangor building, has completed plans for new block, corner Pearl street and Archwood avenue, for the Brooklyn Savings & Loan Association. Store and aparments, four stories high, fireproof construction.[1]
